Welcome to the Student Government Election Intention Form. In order to run for a student government position you must complete this form by Friday, March 15th and have 2 trusted adult recommendations complete the teacher recommendation form.

You will be responsible for contacting 2 teachers or trusted adults (not family members) and requesting a recommendation.

*Please note that Mr. Moore cannot be your teacher recommendation. After recommendations are reviewed, notification of finalists will be begin. You may begin your campaign once candidates have been notified.

Requirements:

1. Completed Election Intention Form by Friday, MARCH 15th
2. 2 Trusted Adult Recommendations (It is YOUR responsibility to request their recommendation in a timely manner) Send them this link
3. Leadership qualities: trustworthiness, dependability, dedication, school spirit and responsibility
4. Enrollment in Leadership Course for the Upcoming School Year
5. NO suspensions (out of school)
6. GPA of 3.5 or higher
