*NEXT HOSA MEETING  (this will also be an Interest Meeting for anyone looking to join HOSA in the Spring semester)

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 2nd, 2023 IN MS. TOBIN'S ROOM A201

January Community Service Project:

HOSA is collecting travel-sized toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, lotions, deodorant, etc.) so we can make Cape Packages to donate to a local homeless shelter. Please drop off all donations to Ms. Tobin's Room A201. For every 5 items you donate, you earn 1 service hour.

About

HOSA is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and Department of Health & Human Services that provides a critical integration with WCHS Health Science courses and local Cabarrus County Healthcare industries. HOSA's mission is to empower Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community, through education, collaboration, and experience. HOSA meets once a month (1st Thursday of the month) in person for general discussions, guest speakers, and planning. HOSA students will also be required to meet more frequently for community service projects, competition preparation, and travel to HOSA Leadership Conferences and competitions.  If you are interested in joining HOSA, please see Ms. Tobin in Room A201.
